Job Summary
Project Manager to support New Product Development across multiple hardware, firmware, software and/or digital NPI projects. Responsible for creating and managing project plans and dashboards, managing budgets and scope, leading project teams, coordinating internal and external resources, and ensuring on-time delivery and product quality. Requires experience in cross-functional engineering environments, familiarity with Stage Gate processes, PMI/PMP certification (preferred), and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Location consideration includes onsite work at Kennesaw, GA with potential consideration for candidates near other Carrier U.S. locations; local candidates strongly preferred. Salary range: $64,500 - $129,500 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of Project Management experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of Project Management experience
