Job Summary
Lead mid-size to large-scale leadership initiatives through the full program lifecycle, including scoping, research, design, development, and launch. Conduct needs assessments, focus groups, and employee interviews to identify improvement areas and professional development opportunities. Manage program implementation, monitor progress, and define success measures to relay data-driven results to stakeholders. Coordinate program activities, stakeholder meetings, and resource planning while assessing effectiveness through participant feedback and proficiency attainment. Develop metrics, dashboards, and scorecards to track key performance indicators and translate data into actionable insights for organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations to present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience tracking and reporting learning, talent, leadership development, or organizational performance metrics
- Experience analyzing program data and identifying trends, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement
- Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience creating recurring reporting packages and dashboards using Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar tools
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
