Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager role leading a team of civil engineers and designers in planning and executing land development projects from conceptualization through construction. Responsibilities include managing a software-enabled design process, coordinating with client staff and internal teams, implementing quality control procedures, leading the design of civil plans (grading, stormwater management, utilities, roadways, site layout), reviewing and sealing drawings and reports, and overseeing project technical quality, profitability, and schedule. Requires PE/L.S. licensure (or state-appropriate professional registration) and 8+ years of civil engineering experience in land development; proficiency with Civil3D and experience supervising others. Location: Apex, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Professional registration (P.E., L.S., etc.) in one or more states in which BCSC conducts business is required
- 8 or more years of experience in Civil Engineering related to Land Development projects
- Experience in supervision of the technical work of others
- Working knowledge of Civil3D required
