Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for developing comprehensive project plans (scope, objectives, timeline, schedules, resources, and budget), scheduling and leading meetings with owner teams and design teams, coordinating design submittals with internal and external teams, and communicating with clients, team members, and senior management to provide updates and manage expectations. Oversees budget monitoring and change management to keep projects within financial constraints, maintains thorough project documentation (plans, status reports, minutes, and related materials), identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies, and may participate in additional project activities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field, professional engineering licensure, 6+ years in an architectural/engineering design environment, strong proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint, experience publishing construction documents, familiarity with Deltek or Ajera, and ability to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Professional licensure as an Engineer is required
- 6+ years experience in an architectural and engineering design environment
- MS Project proficiency
- MS Excel proficiency
- Teams proficiency
- One Note proficiency
- SharePoint proficiency
- Experience publishing construction documents
- Experience with Deltek or Ajera (preferred)
- Ability to travel in support of projects
