Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through completion; works with stakeholders to define requirements, create and manage the project plan roadmap, and align scope, timeline, and resourcing. Leads the project team through each phase, identifies and manages risks and dependencies, and communicates progress via meetings and status reports. Requires 3-5 years of PM experience and a Bachelor's degree; PM certification strongly preferred. In-person at our West Des Moines, IA office with potential to hybrid in the future.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related work experience in the field of project development and project management
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management or related field
- Knowledge of Project Management best practice concepts, basic statistical concepts & project life cycle
- Strong communication and time management skills
