Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project planning and execution across Nasdaq's Data business within Capital Access Platforms. Establish and maintain project governance structures, manage stakeholder relationships, and identify business process improvements to increase operational effectiveness. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, risk and issue logs, status reports, and change management materials, ensuring sign-off at milestones. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; experience facilitating meetings and driving projects to successful outcomes; familiarity with agile methodologies or structured project management frameworks; PMP or PgMP preferred. Location is New York City with a hybrid work arrangement (at least 3 days in-office).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrixed environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building trust across diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful outcomes
