Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of manufacturing capital, infrastructure, process improvement, and equipment projects using standard project management methodologies and Danaher Business System principles. Deliver projects safely, on time, within scope, and within approved budgets while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance. Manage project scope, identify changes, evaluate impacts, and drive effective change control processes to minimize schedule and budget deviations. Establish communication cadence with senior leadership, including the Filtration General Manager, CFO, and Operations Leaders, providing visibility to project status, risks, and business outcomes. Prepare capital expenditure justifications, financial analyses, and executive presentations supporting investment decisions. This role reports to the Sr Director, Advanced Engineering and is part of the Filtration manufacturing business located in Pensacola, FL, requiring an on-site presence with up to 15% potential international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years' experience managing large-scale manufacturing, facility, infrastructure, or equipment projects with budgets exceeding $10 million
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects in manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulated industries
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial acumen, including capital planning, forecasting, return-on-investment analysis, and cost control
- Ability to travel up 15% potentially international
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety protocols/procedures

- Management of Change (MOC) processes within regulated manufacturing environments
- Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) of manufacturing equipment and facilities
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences manufacturing operations
