Job Summary
Manage multiple fabrication and field service projects from start to completion by developing schedules, budgets, and timelines. Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to prepare estimates and customer quotes. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors while working with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to keep projects on track. Monitor costs, manage change orders, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and handling documentation through closeout. This role operates in the 1st shift and requires experience in steel fabrication or structural projects.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in steel fabrication, structural steel, industrial construction, or a related field
- Experience managing fabrication and/or mechanical field service projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing estimates, proposals, or project budgets
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
