Job Summary
Oversee construction projects in the Denver market from planning through closeout, managing CPM schedule, budgets, subcontractors, and client interfaces; lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with A/E/Owner, ensure quality and safety, and drive on-time project delivery for projects typically >$20M.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of increasing management responsibility
- Experience in multifamily projects and/or commercial builds in excess of $20M
- Comfort leading streamlined teams of staff and sub-contractors
- Interfacing with clients; coordinating with municipal and regulatory authorities; building relationships with key participants
- Review construction documents, contracts, and estimates after contract award
- Develop site logistics and project phasing; create and maintain CPM schedule
- Manage submittal registry; align with project timelines; long lead items and materials
- Manage CPM schedule updates; address delays; field issues; stakeholder updates
- Facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings; relay updates
