Job Summary
Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of commercial and multi-family construction projects—from early scope involvement through final delivery—leading internal teams, field superintendents, and project partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to company standards. Responsibilities include leading all phases of construction: schedule, budget, cost tracking, and project records; administering subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders; coordinating with field teams, architects, engineers, and consultants on sequencing and logistics; reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications; maintaining accurate project documentation using Knowify and Microsoft Project; and providing regular project updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience; commercial or multi-family preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, project coordination, organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
