Project Manager

Project Manager responsible for client and crew satisfaction, acting as the point person between the client, crews, officials, and trade partners; manage take-offs, orders and deliveries; maintain site efficiency and cleanliness through delegation and oversight; supervise scheduling of trade partners and inspections; develop and maintain project schedules; produce RFIs and RFPs; support material procurement and subcontractor coordination; track project costs against budgets; ensure safety and quality control; ensure building performance standards and neighbor-site coordination; willingness to perform physical tasks on site as needed; strong knowledge of residential construction practices and ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
