Project Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with Electrolit's strategic priorities and operational objectives. Translate business goals into structured plans defining scope, timelines, and risks while managing dependencies across functions and workstreams. Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned initiatives, driving execution through disciplined planning, stakeholder alignment, and proactive issue management. Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and constraints to PMO leadership, prepare change requests for approval, and coordinate vendor activities to ensure deliverables meet expectations. Track budgets and resource utilization, facilitate decision forums, and lead project close-out activities including documentation and lessons learned. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the PMO and provide guidance to Junior Project Managers. This role supports Electrolit's commercial growth and enterprise execution within the pharmaceutical beverage distribution industry.
