Project Manager (Built Environment)

Job Summary
Assist Senior Project Managers in day-to-day delivery of large-scale engineering, infrastructure, and building projects in the Middle East; coordinate schedules, budgets, risk registers; prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations; facilitate meetings; liaise with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders; support change management, cost control, and procurement; ensure compliance with PMU processes; contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of innovative project management practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in project coordination or assistant project management within engineering, construction, or consultancy environments
- Familiarity with project controls, risk management, and reporting tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project an advantage)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of BIM/digital tools a plus
- Previous experience in the Middle East (preferred but not essential)
- Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized; Confident communicator; Adaptable and eager to learn; Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking mindset
