Project Manager - Buildings

Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent. Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for Owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings. Monitor, interpret, and forecast project cost reports to maintain positive cash flow while communicating concerns and best interests to Owners. Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support team development, and submit project reports to the Area Manager. Communicate with management regarding project progress and escalated risks. Requires a construction-related degree/diploma with 8 to 15 years of experience, a working knowledge of construction scopes and scheduling software, and the ability to mentor a large team. Preference is given to candidates with experience managing building projects.
