Job Summary
Lead global customer and change management projects from nomination through industrialization at production sites. Manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations to meet maturity requirements and achieve project objectives. Develop project timelines, monitor progress against internal and external milestones, and handle resource and budget planning with regular profitability reviews. Report status to internal stakeholders and collaborate with Key Account Managers on technical and commercial changes. Plan customer-specific events with suppliers and the plant team while fostering a motivating working environment. Requires a degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences, automotive supplier industry knowledge, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management
- Initial experience in functional team leadership
- Knowledge of the automotive supplier industry
- Ability to familiarize oneself with technical aspects of automotive chassis systems
- Independent, dynamic, and goal-oriented working style
- Strong persuasive skills
- Enthusiasm when interacting with customers and project teams
- Excellent presentation skills
- Solid conflict management abilities
- Open communication
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
