Job Summary

PROJECT MANAGER role overseeing multiple construction and renovation projects, coordinating with clients on requirements and design integration, managing bids/awards, cost forecasting, contract scoping/writing, coordinating procurement and subcontractors, developing schedules and quantity take-offs, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards; requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, experience in high-tech or semiconductor environments preferred, and proficiency with industry software; on-site travel and extended hours may be required; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) retirement with profit sharing, education support, and career growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Semiconductor or High Tech experience preferred
  • degree in construction management or civil engineering preferred
  • in place of a degree, 5–10+ years of commercial project management experience
  • knowledge in accounting, progress billing, risk management, safety, legal, budget control, schedule control, submittals, change orders, quality, project meetings, document control, project close-out, and customer service
  • strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with Prolog, P6, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
  • background check and drug/alcohol testing required
