Project Manager

Lead predevelopment coordination for Build-to-Rent (BTR) projects, conducting feasibility and financial analyses, developing and maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with consultants, land and housing teams, and government stakeholders. Responsible for entitlements, budgeting and cost control, preparing and administering consultant contracts and invoices, managing job cost reports and development cost forecasts, and communicating milestones and analyses to joint venture lenders and finance partners. Key activities include market/rent analyses with data sources like CoStar, coordinating approvals, guiding design and engineering coordination, and ensuring timely submission of plans and schedules to support the BTR program.
