Job Summary
Lead projects within the Engineering department to deliver operational improvements, equipment upgrades, new equipment delivery and commissioning, OpEx cost reduction, and quality improvements. Define project scope and KPIs, obtain stakeholder buy-in, manage multiple issues with momentum, apply appropriate governance, and perform risk assessment to guide mitigation. Develop execution plans, identify critical paths, set milestones, and communicate with operations meetings. Demonstrate agility in changing circumstances, influence stakeholders, and manage contractors on-site while maintaining a safe working environment. Preference for experience with Aerospace standards and 2-5 years in a similar role. Strong technical knowledge across manufacturing processes, excellent teamwork with the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
