Job Summary
Develop project charters, scope statements, and financial forecasts to drive Digital Retail Solutions initiatives across the European region. Lead cross-functional teams to execute product launches, market enablement, and continuous improvement efforts while managing dependencies, risks, and vendor engagements. Own project budgets, conduct phase-gate reviews, and produce weekly status updates to ensure delivery of business outcomes on time and within budget. Partner with Global Product Owners and Technology teams to align stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and remove roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading projects and programs of increasing complexity in technology, product, digital, or business transformation environments
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Technology, Operations, external partners, and business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
- LEAN certification
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps/Jira, and Power BI
- Experience managing global (multi-country / multi-region) initiatives and stakeholders
