Job Summary
Develop project charters, scope statements, and financial forecasts for Digital Retail Solutions initiatives across the European region. Lead cross-functional teams to execute product launches, market enablement, and quality improvement efforts while managing dependencies, risks, and vendor contracts. Own project budgets, conduct phase-gate reviews, and produce weekly status updates on schedule performance and business outcomes. Facilitate stakeholder alignment with Global Product Owners and Technology teams to drive delivery momentum and remove roadblocks. Manage change requests and ensure compliance with PMO standards and governance processes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading projects and programs of increasing complexity in technology, product, digital, or business transformation environments
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Technology, Operations, external partners, and business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
- LEAN certification
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps/Jira, and Power BI
- Experience managing global (multi-country / multi-region) initiatives and stakeholders
