Job Summary
Lead or support delivery of transport infrastructure projects across NSW (roads, bridges and aviation), overseeing design management, applying governance, managing contracts and change, delivering on time and within budget, providing financial tracking and client reporting, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety culture, and working in a hybrid Sydney-based environment. The role requires a degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management and 5+ years’ experience in delivering transport infrastructure, with expertise in design and construct (D&C) or major infrastructure programs, plus strong contract, cost control, budgeting and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
- 5+ years’ experience delivering transport infrastructure projects, ideally within a consulting environment
- Experience on design and construct (D&C) or major infrastructure programs
- Strong understanding of contracts, change management and cost control
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking
- High quality written communication skills, including client reporting
- Competency in Excel and project management systems
