Project Manager - Bridge

Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design of new bridges using pre-stressed concrete, reinforced concrete, structural steel, and timber components. Develop scopes of work, fee proposals, and cost estimates while coordinating with state and federal regulatory agencies. Manage project execution, including oversight of staff and subconsultants, ensuring adherence to scopes, budgets, and schedules through quality control procedures. Handle client communication, budget tracking, monthly invoicing, and status reporting. Develop and maintain client relationships through strategic marketing, including preparation of marketing materials and participation in seminars, conventions, and trade shows. Mentor staff and demonstrate the ability to work under tight deadlines. Requires a Professional Engineer license in Texas, Indiana, Ohio, or Florida with 15+ years of bridge engineering experience.
