Job Summary
Oversee construction operations for tenant improvement projects and capital improvements within the assigned portfolio in the Philadelphia region; serve as Brandywine Realty Trust’s Landlord representative; coordinate with leasing agents, property management, internal design professionals, and third-party vendors; manage estimating, preconstruction, budgets, schedules, and close-out; coordinate third-party Architect/Engineer/Consultant activities; oversee vendor contracts and billing/invoicing; ensure adherence to Building Rules and Regulations; utilize project management software (Procore a plus) and collaborate with internal teams to manage multiple projects; strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent
- Minimum five years’ construction project management experience
- Seven to ten years’ commercial construction work experience
- Ground-up base building experience, a plus
- Valid driver’s license
