Job Summary
Project Manager oversees construction-project execution, including contract management, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and coordination with owner’s representatives, subcontractors, and internal departments. Responsible for profit margins, monthly subcontractor pay requisitions, schedule development, and timely delivery while ensuring safety and quality. Leads design-build procurement, develops cash projections and financial reports, and mentors PE staff. Supervises 2–3 employees; requires 5+ years of PM experience on site for projects over $20M, experience with P6 scheduling software, MS Office, and financial or PM software; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction or related field; travel 50% (field vs. office) and frequent site visits.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of industry Project Management experience (Project Engineer experience does not count) in site work including individual projects over $20M+
- Experience using P6 scheduling software, MS Office, Financial software and/ or Project Management software
- Must have PM experience running multiple projects at one time
- Has managed multiple site projects
- Proven experience managing project teams to successful outcomes
- Commercial MEP experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Construction or related field
