Job Summary
Manage product release timelines and specifications for the Japanese market, coordinating with US HQ and Warsaw teams to integrate local requirements into global strategies. Lead localization projects by managing external vendors, overseeing UI translation reviews, and controlling budgets for QA and translation services. Conduct customer interviews and beta testing to gather feedback, then escalate insights to HQ for product improvements. Establish launch processes and documentation for new product introductions, presenting roadmaps to stakeholders and optimizing release workflows. Maintain beta and end-of-life communications with partners and clients, ensuring timely feedback loops. Leverage AI tools to drive decision-making and efficiency within an agile, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications

- 品質管理・納期管理・ベンダーマネジメントに自信がある
- 外資IT企業をクライアントとして持ち、テクノロジープロダクトへの理解と興味がある
- 英語力を活かしてグローバルなチームと直接コミュニケーションを取りたいと思っている
- テクノロジー企業における3年以上のプロダクトローンチ経験
- 同等のプロジェクト管理経験
- 日本語が母国語レベルであり、英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション(口頭・書面)が可能
- 日本の文化・商習慣に関する深い知識
- コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号
- アジャイル開発手法およびソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル(SDLC)に関する理解
- バグのライフサイクルおよびバグ/欠陥追跡システムに関する理解
- SaaS型サービスにおける経験
- 複数のブラウザ・バージョン、およびモバイルプラットフォーム(iOS/Android)における経験
- 顧客のIT環境に対する理解
- 優先順位やビジネスニーズの変化に対して、機敏かつ柔軟に対応できる
- 優れた問題解決能力と明確な意思決定力を持つ
- 自立して迅速に業務を遂行し、マルチタスクをこなせる
- リモートチームとの協業経験があり、グローバルな環境でも自走できる
- 成長マインドセットを持ち、AIを積極的に活用して業務効率を高めようとする姿勢がある
Desired Qualifications
- ローカライズプロセス、ローカライズ管理ツール(CAT)、翻訳の実務経験
- エンタープライズソフトウェアツールおよび/またはクラウドベースのSaaSプロダクトへの経験
