Coordinate two residential projects in Wallonia and the broader Flemish and Brussels regions, managing the full lifecycle from initial design phase through to handover. Establish the design team, oversee the construction partner, and develop the technical project vision within budget constraints. Manage project planning, submit building permit applications, and prepare commercialization efforts. During execution, supervise the construction site, monitor quality, and control the contractual and financial plan. Serve as the primary contact for end clients throughout the project, supported by relevant department colleagues.
