Job Summary
Oversee HVAC project delivery from kickoff to completion, coordinating schedules, manpower, equipment, and logistics; maintain communication with customers, field technicians, vendors, and subcontractors; track project budgets, job costs, timelines, and profitability; process and manage change orders; conduct regular job cost reviews and profitability assessments; monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues; attend project meetings and customer meetings as required; perform site visits to ensure quality, safety, and project compliance; collaborate with estimating, service, operations, and leadership teams; ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
