Job Summary
Lead project teams through schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration for complex multi-family residential projects from concept through construction. Collaborate with the Studio Director to coordinate consultants and internal design teams, review and redline drawings and specifications, manage schedules and budgets, and oversee billings and additional service requests. Mentor documentation team members, ensure high-quality project delivery, and maintain QA across project phases. Office located in downtown Oakland with a flexible hybrid schedule (Mon–Wed in office; Thu–Fri remote) and licensure support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience on multi-family projects with Type I and Type V construction knowledge
- Proficiency in Revit
- California Architect license preferred
