Job Summary
Lead project execution for mechanical HVAC and plumbing construction projects across the San Francisco Bay Area from pre-construction through closeout; manage field and office teams; conduct contract reviews, scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation; monitor costs, cash flow, schedules, milestones, and risk, resolving issues and delays; oversee closeout activities including warranties, as-builts, and O&M manuals; ensure safety, quality, on-schedule delivery, and adherence to budget and high standards at the Oakland, CA office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered
- 5–10+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction with a strong focus on plumbing and/or HVAC systems
- Hands-on construction background with experience managing commercial, multifamily, high-rise, retirement community, airport, or similar large-scale projects
