Job Summary
Project Manager for an Oakland, CA design firm overseeing projects through all phases including design, documentation, plan check, and construction administration. Lead architectural support teams and consultant coordination; review design/construction documents for code compliance and quality assurance; represent the firm in meetings with Clients, Superintendents, and Board Members while leading planning, construction, and agency meetings. Develop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates. Requires License and degree in Architecture and 8+ years of experience (including 3+ in a similar PM role); proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office; experience on K-12 Education projects. Required Qualifications
- License and degree in Architecture
- 8+ years’ experience (with at least 3+ years’ experience in similar PM role)
- Familiarity with Revit
