Job Summary
Lead projects through all phases for architecture/interiors/engineering/planning, including design, documentation, plan check, and construction administration. Manage architectural support team and coordinate consultants; review design/construction documentation for completeness, code compliance, and quality assurance. Play a key external role with clients, superintendents, and board members while leading planning, construction, and agency meetings. Develop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates. Requires a license and degree in Architecture with 8+ years’ experience (including 3+ years in a similar PM role) and proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office; healthcare project experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- License and degree in Architecture
- 8+ years’ experience (with at least 3+ years’ experience in similar PM role)
- Familiarity with Revit
