Project Manager

Lead project teams through schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration for multi-family residential projects. Manage project schedules, budgets, billings, and service requests while reviewing and redlining drawings for quality and accuracy. Coordinate consultants, internal design teams, and Quality Control staff to ensure high-quality delivery at the downtown Oakland office. Mentor documentation team members throughout project delivery. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and California Architect license, with 5+ years of experience on Type I and Type V construction. Proficiency in Revit is essential. Flexible hybrid schedule (Mon–Wed in office, Thu–Fri remote) with comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
