Job Summary
Lead projects through all phases including design, documentation, plan check, and construction administration; manage architectural support team and coordination of consultants; review design/construction documentation for completeness, code compliance, and quality assurance; play a key external role including meeting with Clients, Superintendents, and Board Members while leading all planning, construction and agency meetings; develop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates; requires License and degree in Architecture and 8+ years of experience (with at least 3+ in similar PM role); proficient with Revit and MS Office; experience on K-12 Education or Healthcare projects.
Required Qualifications
- License and degree in Architecture
- 8+ years’ experience (with at least 3+ years’ experience in similar PM role)
- Familiarity with Revit and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience working on K-12 Education or Healthcare projects
