Project Manager

Manage HVAC and plumbing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, leading field and office teams while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance. Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders to mitigate risk, then monitor costs, cash flow, and milestones to resolve delays proactively. Coordinate subcontractors and consultants, conduct regular jobsite visits, and oversee final documentation including warranties, as-builts, and O&M manuals. Deliver complex mechanical projects across the San Francisco Bay Area with a focus on plumbing and HVAC systems.
