Job Summary
Oversee and lead all phases of project development, including design/construction documentation, plan check, and construction administration. Manage architectural support teams and coordinate consultants while reviewing documentation for completeness, code compliance, and quality assurance. Play a key external role by meeting with clients, superintendents, and board members to lead planning, construction, and agency meetings. Develop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates. Requires an Architecture license, degree, and 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in a similar PM role, including healthcare project familiarity and Revit proficiency. Required Qualifications
