Job Summary
Project Manager for a design firm leading all project phases from design through construction administration in our Sacramento, CA office. Responsibilities include overseeing design and construction documentation, plan check, coordinating architectural teams and consultants, reviewing documentation for code compliance and quality assurance, and leading meetings with clients, superintendents, and board members. You’ll develop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates, and manage client-facing activities and external coordination across design and construction phases.
Required Qualifications
- License and degree in Architecture
- 8+ years’ experience (with at least 3+ years’ experience in similar PM role)
- Familiarity with Revit
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience working on Healthcare projects and OHPD/HCAI experience
