Job Summary
Monitor design and construction progress to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards while overseeing quality assurance and control processes. Manage technical interfaces between contractors, third parties, and other client projects to mitigate risks, and oversee logistics planning and execution during all construction phases. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and dispute resolution related to inspection deviations, serving as the technical liaison across all client projects. Lead interface coordination meetings to ensure systems integration, track schedule progress, and identify risks to milestones. Support estimating activities by reviewing design-builder estimates and evaluating change proposals. Requires 20+ years of experience on large-scale projects ($250M+), expertise in project delivery methods, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience
- Expertise in various project delivery methods (DBB, CMAR, Design/Build)
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Aviation, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Masters preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, AICP)
- Working knowledge of CAD or Revit
- Familiarity with project management information systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Aviation experience
