Job Summary
Manage preconstruction efforts by creating master schedules, interpreting contracts and specifications, and coordinating with subcontractors for buyouts and procurement. Execute construction oversight through generating RFIs, preparing change orders and monthly financial reports, and conducting weekly status reviews for management and clients. Drive project closeout activities including final cost analysis, punch list generation, obtaining certificates of occupancy, and securing final client sign-offs and contract values. Utilize Sage project management reporting systems to track schedules, costs, and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
