Job Summary
Project Manager to manage budgets, planning, and technical challenges across industrial and commercial construction projects in Bucharest; build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; define project specifications, support contract negotiations, obtain permits, plan resources, schedule phases, lead teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, monitor progress, and ensure health and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building science or a related field
- PMP or equivalent certification is considered an advantage
- Availability for business travel
- Excellent command of the English language
- Familiarity with construction and project management software
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills
