Job Summary
Independently lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, defining strategy and managing risk with ambiguous or evolving requirements. Develop comprehensive project artifacts, conduct cross-functional meetings to drive stakeholder alignment, and own vendor relationships including SOW coordination and escalations. Lead change management for system implementations, manage project budgets against forecasts, and mentor junior project managers on methodology and artifacts. Facilitate adoption of new systems across the organization while contributing to the continuous improvement of project management standards and governance practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field
- 3 – 5 years of PM Experience
- Experienced in Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile Methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to present to executive-level audiences
- Intermediate project management skills with demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data to make technology and process recommendations related to assigned projects
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving requirements
