Job Summary
Independently lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, defining strategy and managing ambiguous requirements while owning vendor relationships and budget forecasts. Conduct cross-functional meetings to drive alignment, execute change management for system implementations, and mentor junior project managers on methodology and artifacts. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives of moderate-to-high complexity within a manufacturing environment, contributing to the maturity of project management standards and delivering high-impact initiatives with minimal oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field
- 3 – 5 years of PM Experience
- Experienced in Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile Methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to present to executive-level audiences
- Intermediate project management skills with demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data to make technology and process recommendations related to assigned projects
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing Environment Preferred
- PMP Certification Highly Preferred
