Job Summary
Lead contract execution, manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, and serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams including analysts and subject matter experts to execute research, data collection, and analytics activities while monitoring performance metrics and implementing corrective actions for risks. Act on behalf of the Program Manager as required to support workforce planning, mentoring, and continuous process improvement. Ensure all deliverables align with agency objectives and contractual requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience conducting population-based surveys
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing and implementing sampling designs
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience administering and analyzing survey research
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience conducting cognitive testing, focus groups, and/or interviews
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing and delivering executive-level reports and presentations
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing complex federal programs
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage Government stakeholders
- Experience managing project schedules, risks, budgets, staffing, and deliverables
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), or other federal civilian agencies
- Experience supporting customer experience (CX), survey research, program evaluation, analytics, or organizational improvement initiatives
- Experience managing federal contracts or BPA task orders
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential
