Job Summary
Project Manager at Blitzy will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and client delivery, owning coordination and execution to keep complex software projects on track. You’ll manage end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple workstreams, anticipate blockers, hold stakeholders accountable, and ensure clear, up-to-date documentation and reporting. You’ll facilitate cross-functional standups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder syncs, drive risk identification and escalation with proposed solutions, and serve as the communication backbone between engineering, QA, product, and client-facing teams. Candidates should have 3–6 years of PM/Program PM experience in software development, hands-on use of Jira/Asana/Linear, strong Agile/Scrum experience, excellent written and verbal communication, independent learning, and the ability to bridge HQ1 (US) and HQ2 (India) time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of project management or program management experience in software development or technology environments
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or equivalent
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience running sprint ceremonies end-to-end
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex status into clear, actionable summaries
- Demonstrated ability to learn independently and upskill proactively
- Strong organizational instincts; everything tracked and documented
