Job Summary
Project Manager - Bilingual EN,FR responsible for leading construction, repair, and renovation projects from estimation through to client acceptance at ATCO Structures. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors; manage contracts, subcontractors, and project deliverables; lead and mentor teams; align production timelines with schedules; monitor budgets, change management, and documentation; conduct client meetings and site inspections; ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations; leverage MS Project, Primavera P6, ProCore, Aconex, and related tools; travel to remote project sites as required. Requires minimum five years of mid-size construction project experience and a post-secondary education in construction management, engineering technology, or architectural fields; 3-7 years of progressive PM experience; strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills; fluent in English and French.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience working on mid-size construction projects
- post-secondary education in construction management, engineering technology or architectural fields
- 3-7 years of progressive experience in construction project management
- Experience managing contracts (small, mid and large size)
- Familiarity with contract negotiations, estimating, and financial planning
- Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, ProCore, and Aconex
- Comfortable travelling to remote project sites
