Job Summary
Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Drive proactive problem-solving to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong team culture. Communicate clearly with field staff, leadership, and clients on projects in the $5M–$50M range.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry
- At least 2–5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects ($5M–$50M range)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive accountability while fostering a culture of support and collaboration
