Job Summary
Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules using independent judgment while ensuring accuracy and performing version control. Track, analyze, and report information to enable project teams to manage their work, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts. Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), maintain the project risk register, and develop contingency plans through what-if analysis. Coordinate cross-functional departments to identify issues and monitor action items with the project manager. Requires proficiency in Primavera P6, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and strong analytical abilities. This long-term role supports BHI Energy's power generation and electrical delivery services across diverse end markets.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6
- Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to pass all background and screening requirements including drug and/or alcohol screening
