Job Summary
Project Manager to plan and oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned projects in Ottawa, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and regulatory health and safety requirements. Responsibilities include defining scope, developing project plans, determining resource and budget needs, risk mitigation, monitoring progress, leading project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely, on-scope delivery with quality outcomes. Requires collaboration with operations, strong communication, vendor and client management, and ability to create budgets and compelling funding requests. Education path includes a community college diploma (required) with a university degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred, and 3-5 years of PM experience. Salary range based on competencies and experience; full-time, on-site role with LEED/PMI considerations as assets.
Required Qualifications
- Community college diploma in architectural technology, construction technology, engineering technology; required.
- 3 to 5 years of project management work experience.
- Project management – proven ability and experience in delivering projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications and in-compliant with all requirements including but not limited to regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
