Job Summary
Project Manager, Project Execution for utility-scale standalone storage and PV + Storage projects from late-stage development through commissioning and handover to Operations. Coordinate day-to-day activities with internal teams and external partners (EPC contractors, battery OEMs, utilities, regulators) to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards. Develop and manage detailed execution plans, manage permitting/interconnection, support EPC/O&M handoffs, track budgets and schedules, oversee FAT and commissioning activities, and maintain robust risk and stakeholder management. Requires travel up to 30% and strong collaboration across Development, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in utility-scale energy project management; 1–2 years of BESS or solar-specific experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing construction-phase activities on infrastructure or energy projects, including contractor coordination, schedule management, and budget tracking
- Familiarity with permitting, interconnection, and regulatory frameworks in U.S. energy markets
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to project sites, team meetings, and customer or vendor engagements
