Job Summary
Oversee AV installation projects nationwide in India; manage end-to-end execution, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, review schematics and shop drawings, coordinate with CAD teams for revisions, explain technical drawings and requirements to site engineers and stakeholders, liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery, manage budgets and timelines, provide regular project status reports, and apply strong knowledge of AV technologies (audio systems, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems) with emphasis on planning, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration; travel extensively as required.
Required Qualifications
- BE in ECE, EEE, CSE, or ISE as preferred
- Certifications: CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, or prime OEM certifications are considered an added advantage
- Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in AV field with proven experience handling sizable projects
- Strong knowledge of AV technologies (audio systems, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems)
- Ability to interpret and explain technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively as per project location
- Proficiency in project management tools
