Job Summary
Project Manager sought in the greater DFW area for a bilingual role bridging U.S. teams with distributors in the U.S. and Mexico. Lead full project lifecycle, coordinate technical reviews, prepare submittals, manage logistics and lifecycle planning, and support sales with technical solutions. Travel up to 15% internationally (Mexico). Offers up to $100k salary based on experience with full benefits and a flexible work environment (remote, office, and travel). Requires strong electrical knowledge (transformers, switchgear), fluent English and Spanish, and experience coordinating with distributors and customers. PMP is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience in the electrical, industrial, or field service industries
- Up to 15% international travel to Mexico
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and related equipment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including coordination with distributors and customers
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and technical submittals
- Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM systems, and project tracking software
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Sales-minded with the ability to support customer solutions and business growth
- PMP certification is a plus, but not required
